it has a h23 with 160hp and i want to end up with 200 hp(if you have any good tips so i can hit that goal) lmk
and i want to go all motor and this is my 1st build so any help i will take
reps will be giving for help :goodjob:

get some 4-1 header with a full exhaust and a good intake to start

Nitrous 50 shot wouldnt yield him any where close to 200... Maybe a 75 shot on a warmer.

160 crank=140 or 145 maybe....

Its more than 40. The car doesn't have 160whp, just to the crank. It probably has around 140ish stock hp, so it really does have to gain around 60 to have 200whp.

and boost it, no need for a swap, h23's are good for low boost with minimal to low building, but you can always build it up a bit and go for big boost, the easy way to get 200 hp would swap in an h22, but a turbo would be fun and you can use ur current powerplant

it will fit, h23 vtec, but I wouldn't do it. there not know for lasting long, i say 75 shot is the easy way to get 200whp

i would say if your not looking to boost or swap, get a decently nice header. a good intake and a good exhaust. cant cheap out on these. then do cams and valve train. maybe some headwork with that too.

h23/h22 is a sick setup.
not worth it for you though. how about we trade cars +1500 cash on yourside?

BTW, you will not get 200hp n/a outta the h23 unless you got $10k to drop.
get an H22a, skunk2 pro 1's, RMF header, Euro-R intake mani, hondata IMG, and a nice 2.5" exhaust with a high flow cat

That would be the best rout,, 30-40 mor hp.... just bought me another lude today and that s what I'm going to do first....

Get a header,cat,catback,intake and ditch your power steering and a/c also afc would help.
Or Ive heard the 25 well placed randomly selected manufacturer stickers could yeild a 30-40 whp gain.

by that logic then b20 block with b18 head wont fit.
