Went paintballing yesterday and played a team...a real team. I got fuked up. They were DEF shootin over 300 prob around 320+. My right side was killing me all day like i pulled a muscle....I never had a welt that was concave.

That's messed up. That used to be enforced heavily back when I played. It used to be < 280 or you out.

i balled for a long time and got stuff that looks alot worse then that around 290
