I, too, am taking Hydroxycut Hardcore. I have been taking it for 7 days, and have lost 10lbs. All I am doing is taking 2 pills 3x a day. Drinking about 125oz of water daily, and eating healthy. I work on cars everyday, so that's enough of an exercise for me. Goodluck, drink alot of water with those pills, and eat right, and RUN RUN RUN.

u must run. or do some sort of cardio. warm up run as much as you can maybe 2miles at first and everyday add another lap and another and another. ab workouts are the best after running; better results and great cool down. after hit up the weights and work out very entense. and after do a lil sparring. you should be drinking a oz per pound that you weight so for you 180oz A DAY. .5oz per pound if you inactive. and of coarse no fast food! run everday! mon wed fri workout!
lose weight in no time

dont take hydroxycut. it only reduces water weight which is BAD (causes dehydration) and increases heart rate which is also BAD. the lower your heart rate at higher intensity the less work your heart is doing. the heart is like a mechanical pump (which eventually wears out) so the less work it does, the less strain is put on it and the more efficient it is. and do aerobic activity at varying intensity and duration 4 to 5 times a week at least 20 minutes (all depends on current physical shape as well as a few other factors)... go to www.acsm.org for more info

Yup, hydroxycut will yeild results but it is BAD for your heart. I'd stop taking it if you have family history of heart problems. You're making your heart work a lot harder than it needs to.
Doing enough cardio and excercise will naturally speed up your metabolism. Taking pills alone won't keep your weight off. You have to make a lifestyle change in your diet and excercise. Otherwise you're just slapping a bandaid on the problem.

good choice. its true that exercise i will eventually boost your metabolism (its best to work out earlier for this, its badon your body to workout before you sleep). doing that in combo with healthy eating, and you will see better and longer lasting results then with pills

a good way to speed up ur metabolism is interval cardio training.

this is true but you also have to be conditioned for it. a under trained or detrained person can easily injure themselves if they are not ready for certain intensities of training

:werd: After I started working out, I kept getting hungrier.
You gotta do some kind of cardio with your workout man. Just throwin up a few weights and taking a stupid pill isn't gonna do much. Even at least 20 mins or so of cardio will do you good :goodjob:. And you don't have to make a DRASTIC diet change right away. You can still slack off, but just try to eat A LITTLE better than you were before. I still go out and eat fast food almost everyday. Just make better decisions, such as chicken sandiwches or something without the mayonnaise and such. I lost about 20 pounds since I started workin out and I still eat like a mofo :lmfao:
Oh and drink a lot of water!

You should try eating a lot of small meals throughout the day. When I was in shape I would eat 5 meals a day consisting of: 400cal for breakfast, 400cal lunch, 200cal snack, 600cal dinner, 200cal late snack (at least 2 hours before you go to sleep). You should try to shoot for 1750-2000 cal/day or so. Also, don't drink soft drinks (even diet). Diet drinks, even though they contain no sugar, trick your body into thinking that you are ingesting sugar, which causes your pancreas to make more insulin, which in effect will cause you to crave more real sugar or be hungry more. Just drink water or no sugar added juices. Stay away from those protein shakes if you can.
For breakfast I suggest egg beaters. They have no cholesterol, and taste pretty good. I would make an egg and turkey sausage sandwich with light cheese. Egg beaters are also high in concentrated high quality proteins.
I'm probably not the best person to be taking fitness advice from these days. I'm 6' and 210-215. Three years ago I was 160. I don't ever have time to go to the gym anymore and I'm always in too much of a hurry to cook and eat right. Fast food ftl...

True statement about the diet sodas. Ive lost 25 pounds with eating right and exercise. And recently i was drinking Diet sodas, which really made me crave sweets and I've been pigging out on sweets like the past couple days. which I've gained a pound or two. LOL, stay away from sodas period if your trying to lose weight. Drink water!
+1 for good info!
If you're working out 4 times a day, you're not putting in enough effort. Cut it back to twice. Run in the am on an empty stomach. Your body is out of fuel and is already running on reserves (fat). Hit the weights in the evening after your body has recovered from the run. Hit them hard. As heavy as you can go... This will shift your metabolism into overdrive, and you'll get shredded quickly...
Cut back on the carbs, none 5 hours before you go to bed.
Drink tons of water, min is 1/2 oz per pound of bodyweight... minimum...
Take a multivitamin.. Your body will run better.
Good Luck!!~

Im 6'0 235 and im trying to drop 15lbs to be more ripped for summer since its about that time of year again. If your serious about losing weight you have to do the cardio along with the weight training...no way around it. I do my cardio in the am before work and I lift after work. I dont have the motivation to do them together.

Well the pill obviously has something in it to help you lose weight. Think about it. You dont just take a pill thats good for you and then boom you magically lose weight. What it does is bumps up your heart rate to help you lose more weight. Which would be bad for you.

do what allmotoronly said. eat alot of little healthy meals through out the day. if you just stop eating your body will think you are starving and it will basically turn everything you eat into fat. if you eat alot of healthy meals during the day and exercise you'll loose alot of FAT.

I just got hydrocycut advanced.. It speeds up your metabolism, lower your need for food.. You take it with food.. It worked real well a while ago for my mom. I dont know about this hardcore one though..
the advanced has like green tea oolong tea and white tea stuff in it and a ton of the other actual working "bodies" of the pills

VERY TRUE.. couldnt have said it better.. Im not gunna take the full 2pills 3 times.. I will only twice b/c I only really eat 2-3 times a day anyways and I have cut my calorie intake down to 1000-1500.. but added more protein in fish

hydroxicut is about 80% caffine. It raises your heart beat and body heat and causes you to lose weight because your body is working harder to speed up your heart beat. This is also why you need to drink so much more water.
If you have access to a pool swim for 20 or 30 minutes 3 or 4 times a week. You will burn nearly twice the calories that you will running, FAR less impact on your body, and honestly its more fun.

I have to say if u want to loose weight the steps u want to take are pretty simple and as hard core as it gets because if u cant stick to the basics u will never loose.
1 run 2 miles a day in under 20min
2 hit some iron in the gym after running
3 after iron hit the sauna for 10 min
4 do no less than 5 day's a week and drink a gallon of water everyday of the week
5 eat no greasy foods period
6 stay off the suger
7 eat nothing but grilled are baked food for a healthy diet
8 remember without eating right non of this other shi* will work
9 if u do what i told u no matter what body type u have u should loose about 6 pounds a week and that is loosing fat and water
10 remember the way u no your loosing is by pants size only :)
11 man stay off the diet pills because there a waist of your money :goodjob:

if you're trying to do nothing but lose weight, then do cardio all day and make sure you get enough carbs.
you dont have to do cardio to lose weight remember that, if you set your workout routine right, and eat right youll yield the same results in the same amount of time usually, some people dont like to run, true story.
30+lbs in under 4 months no cardio, im 5'11 174.5 3% body fat, most people think im 190+, pretty damn strong, and im cut(arms, legs, chest, abs, and the infamous v's)
ITS ALL ABOUT ROUTINE, INTENSITY, and DIET DIET DIET. just eating the right things alone 90% of people could lose most there bodyfat/water wieght with out even exercising, it would take alot of time, but still possible. think of it this way, 30lbs would take about 2 years almost on just diet alone, add execrise, under 6 months for avg. person
