So who plans on watching the shuttle launch on tv tonight???
supposed to launch at 2:28 i believe or somewhere around there. and for those with direct tv its on the NASA channel

**** that, i can go on youtube and watch a space shuttle lunch rite now. And it wont be any different from the one in few hours.

Technology is amazing. I can't believe how ridiculous science is. If you told me to send human beings into space, I wouldn't even know where to start.

Damn, I saw it in Florida once, I always wondered if you could see it go up at night from here.

now when i lived in Sumter, SC i was able to see it from Shaw AFB tower when my dad was in the AF

So if I go south of the city when it launches one night and is clear and there is not a bunch of ambient light I should be able to see it.

possibly but sumter is a lot closer to the coast than we are. and remember that most of the time they are going out over the ocean or up the eastern coast. but ti could be very possible to see it cuz it was pretty distinct, still had like a 6 inch tail
