If you paid through paypal, all you have to do is file a claim and he has 20 days to get you your product (and they hold the money until everything is resolved). I did this a few weeks ago with a seller on h-t. I paid dude on Jan 29 and he didn't ship it until Feb 14 (ironically the day I put in the claim). Hopefully everything works out. :goodjob:
