ep3 seats into 97 ek hatch

pick up some EP3 seats this weekend and putting into my 97 ek hatch. Question: what would be the easiest way to get them install? cuz right now it looks like i might have to drill holes and run a bolt, nut, and washer in order to mount them. if there's a better way please let me know. also do they have kits for this? i would much rather do it right then to have to ghetto rig it...
