Just swapped from a Miata to a Mustang. Blame it on the day job. I'm still addicted to the twisties though, so suspension and brakes come before power. She's going to be for the same venues as the Miata was. Track days, autocross, and mountain runs.

A few pics for now. Bought it bone stock a few weeks ago. Changes occuring rapidly so far. Lots more in the works over the next month or so.

Comments, concerns, bashing, knock yourselves out. :D

Looks clean. I like the Miata more just because I'm no Ford fan. When do you usually work? I thought about dropping in and saying hey sometime.

Mon-Fri from first thing in the morning until like....6 or so. Some Saturdays too.

Honestly I'm no Ford fan either, and even less of a fan of the people who are typically fans of Fords, but this car is damn good and doesn't get much credit. It actually handles...really well. As well in stock form as my E30 and Miata did with aftermarket suspension. Loving it so far.

My friend in Tucker had a 98 GT SC that was quick and clean.

Meh, to each their own. It'll look more fitting once the car is sitting lower. I'm almost positive the spoiler is the only one of it's kind.

hate to say it, but lowering the car will not make that wing look good

you have what could be a very nice and clean stang, and the wing will forever ruin that

Good thing you don't have to drive it. ;) But with as long of a nose as the Mustang has, I think it needs something on the back to balance it out, something other than the pointless factory spoiler. I had dewinged it and planned to keep it that way until I found the one that's on it.

It's kind of nice not to have to worry about parking lot entrances and speed bumps to tell the truth. Thanks man.

Lol...we should get a lose the wing/keep the wing poll going.

Cars looking good man! It's begging for a mach 1 chin spoiler and some springs though.

youre absolutely right, to each their own, i was more stating that loweing it wouldnt affect how ugly that wing is......i personally liked my 97 cobra wingless, but would never throwdown to have it done right so i always kept mine.

honestly....it looks like a 1200hp drag wing on a stock car, just looks out of place, would probably look ok with some fats and skinnies and a nice stance with something to back the look up.....but other than that the wings no more/less useful than a stock wing and its horrid to boot....if i paid the payment on the car the wing would have never been purchased....but i dont so i truly dont care, just offering up opinions as you asked

great looking car but i have to agree with Mr.org, i think it would look better with out that wing. also how can u say the "pointless stock wing" unless ur going DAMN fast how is any spoiler gonna make that big of a difference. but hey, to each his own. still a great looking car.
