From what I heard, "it will fit B20 motors, LS motors, and B16 motors". Not fit GSR motors (found out the hard way), and Type R motors.

From what I heard, the B16 oil pan should fit LS motor. All B-series oil pan(including GSR/ITR oil pans) should fit LS, B16, B20 motors. But NOT all B-series oil pan fit GSR/ITR motors, due to different size,oil carrying capacities, and the crank girdle under the GSR/ITR block. So yeah it should fit, unless you have LS VTEC, then I recommend getting GSR/ITR oil pan. hope this clears up some questions...
