im thinking about starting my own maid service but i dont know what to charge has anyone ever used a cleaning service. how do they price and whats the going rate?

Good Luck, but it is going to take a lot of work and luck, b/c seeing how the economy is going ppl will be cutting back on luxuries like that.

thanks dude i know its gonna take a lot of work but im down with all that theres no easy way to start a business

I looked into it once, and i believe they quoted me like $ 140 or so for twice a month cleaning....

It also depends on what you offer...and what they'll do... will they just vacuum and dust? Or will they also do dirty dishes in the sink? Will they wash and / or iron and fold? Will they just wipe the tub or deep scrub??

It also depends on how big the house is.....

i use to work for a carpet cleaning company. i dont feel like getting into details on how everything works at the moment since im about to head out. but yeah, customer satisfaction is a MUST.

i know that, every job i ever held customer satisfaction was the first thing to me
