Hell yeah, get it. Don't let E30's scare you it's just a German Civic, VERY easy to work on, parts are everywhere for cheap, only pricey items are major things like fuel pumps and what not. Sounds like nice mods and it's an IS which is a plus.

Just don't get a newer BMW, the higher the year the shittier and harder to work on, my girlfriends E39 was a BITCH to work on and half you couldn't do yourself not to mention the sensors galore.

I would have pretty bad road rash after jumping out though, but I have had worse things happen.

I have had really bad road rash wearing tshirt and shorts going over 40mph. I was riding bitch with a friend down a dirt road. His four wheeler had a custom made body made out of diamond plate sheet metal, and had no foot rests. He turned on to a freshly paved blacktop road very quickly and my foot got dragged under the right rear wheel and my inner thigh stuck to the engine. My calve was dragging on the road. I couldnt walk for 2 months due to nerve damage. I could literally touch my nerves and see them slowly turn blue to red when they were exposed to oxygen. It was a bitch to clean the tar off. I now have a scar on my inner thigh that looks like a condom before it is stretched out. And I have been shot with a .22

yea same here man but a little less painfull...i jumped this one big ass hill i got bout 20 ft in the air when i came down i my leg became trapped under the rear tire just spinnin on it so now i cant feel parts of my leg because of the nerve damage, and my scar is cool though but it is very soft lol...i had 3rd degree burns

Yea made stupid mistakes but it sure as hell was fun. My nerve damage keeps me from doing things like skateboarding. I loved it but couldnt get any better bc my leg and foot wouldnt do what I wanted it to until a split second later. My brain signals and muscle memory lag on my right lag.
