If you get good coilovers that you can adjust like the D2s or Ground Control with Koni Yellows the actual shock are adjustable so you can get rid of the bounce or stiffen the ride up if you are gonna hit the track

SUSIE GHARIB: The clock is ticking for General Motors. Whether or not the giant auto maker goes into bankruptcy could be decided in the next few days. A White House spokesperson said today that the process will likely continue right up until the June first deadline, because a lot of stakeholders are making sacrifices. Meanwhile, the United Auto Workers today detailed their deal with GM, a 17.5 percent stake of GM stock, $6.5 billion in preferred stock and a seat on the company's board. In exchange, the UAW has agreed to concessions on retiree health care obligations. That ownership stake is far less than GM's original offer of 39 percent. So analysts say this could open the way for GM to sweeten its offer to bondholders.

Well those bondholders have until midnight tonight to accept an offer to trade $27 billion of debt for equity in a new, reorganized General Motors. Sources say fewer than 10 percent have agreed to the terms, far less than the 90 percent demanded by the government. As Scott Gurvey explains, that may mean bond holders, shareholders and everyone else involved with GM will be headed to bankruptcy court.

WASHINGTON/DETROIT (Reuters) - General Motors Corp said on Wednesday that a crucial bond exchange proposal failed to gain enough support and that its board of directors would meet to review the automaker's options, clearing the path for what would be the largest U.S. industrial bankruptcy ever.

GM said in a statement that an offer to exchange $27 billion in bond debt for a 10 percent stake in a reorganized company by a midnight deadline had fallen far short of its debt reduction target set in consultation with the Obama administration.
