Just got a steal on a running project, 90 Integra RS. I know it has an adjustable fuel pressure regulator, B&M fuel pressure gauge, AEM cai, and some ricer exhaust. When you turn the car on it will idle @ 2k once it warms up it will bounce from 900-1800rpm continuously. I don't know what it is and wanted to see if someone could throw out some suggestions.

i had no cels and i know how to check them. i checked as many vacuum lines as possible last night and everthing was fine. today i picked up some brake cleaner and took the iacv off cleaned it and ran the lines back to it. seems like the previous owner bypassed the iacv, why i dont know. reconnected everything and now sounds good and very stable idle. thanks for all the help!

Check your coolant level also

BTW the lines on the IACV aren't for vacuum, they are for coolant and are unnecessary in georgia's climate
