SOLD
Hey, I'm looking to sell my SW40VE compact .40 cal pistol. It's black plastic on the bottom half with the silver slide.
I've fired less than 300rds through the pistol, all at 180gr, and non self-loaded.
Comes with the blue carrying case, it's lock and two keys, and two magazines.
I'm asking 300$, and I'm fairly firm, but don't feel shy to put forth offers.
I WILL be out of town this Friday, Februry 29th through the Sunday the 2nd, so don't be amazed if you don't hear back from me. I'm going to Sea World, b*tches.
Just wanna sell the piece before I go off with the marines.
Anyways, I'll answer any questions and can post more pictures if necc., just don't waste my time. Also, I WILL NOT sell to anyone under 21, and I DO require the gun be LEGALLY REGISTERED in the buyer's name. Bill of sales don't cut it for me when it comes to firearms. However, I will cover most of the transfer fee's (if there are any...I'll have to check)
Thanks for looks, bumps appreciated.

There are two versions, one holds 14rds and the other holds 10rds I think. I have the 14rd version and it is identical to this one. It is a pretty good shooting gun, and honestly, you cant beat it for the price. This is how much I paid for mine.
Something that is a good selling point is that the gun is soooo similar to a Glock that they have had multiple lawsuits with S&W about the Sigma series. I believe the only differences are that the Glock has a square firing pin where the Sigma's is round, and the trigger mechanism is different. Oh yeah, and glocks cost close to $600...
G/L with the sale. I have a buddy that might be interested. If so, I'll send him your way

I have the exact model, .40 cal, same model number, and everything. It is DEFINITELY a 14 round clip OR 14 in the clip and 1 in the chamber. If you load one into the chamber, the full clip WILL SLIDE IN. This gun is very good for the price, however the trigger pull is horribly long. I shoot nearly 200 rounds a week between this and my .40 cal SIG. For less than 1/3 the price of the SIG this gun is a great great deal. The person who gets hit isnt going to know the difference, so why waste the money??? ;) AS for the 10 round clip, that was available for the .45 and the 16 was for the 9mm. If looking to purchase a firearm, get atleast a .40 cal. So much more stopping power. Much more bark. Actually, the 9mm and .40 cal version of the SW40VE are the exact same, minus the barrel, spring, and pin. Anyway, I hope this helps. Good luck with sale!

my bad homie, that guy at the pawn shop told me it holds 16 rounds per clip plus one in the chamber. Really thats a lot of bullets, so is 14. If you cant hit somebody with all those bullets, you need some serious practice.
The gun is the ****, bump for fine product from smith and wesson.

It can be sold to anyone that is 21 and is not a conficted felon. That is the only requirement for selling a handgun in Ga. There is no transfer fee or FFL requirement.

Actually any shop you go to...the least I've seen it for was 330$, and up to as much as 380$...

God damn those law abiding citizens...
Did you miss that I'm going into the military? If you go out and shoot someone in the "hood" and the gun is registered to me...who do you think they're going to turn to? And if I misplace the paperwork?
No thanks to anyone who WON'T put a gun in their own name...
CONSIDERING ANY TRADES?
Only if you've got a .40cal sig 229 or 226...or more, an A3 upper, 5.56, 20", free-float, 1:9twist
Why? Rifle: Because I'm getting into long-range (400-600yds) Sig: Want something with a little more weight to it with less kick. Sister lives alone...single white female. Mom lives along. Single white female. I'll be gone with the military. I'll be damned to leave them without something...
just give it to me, ben. : p
I'll give you the gun...but the magazines and case HAVE to be purchased with it, and I"ll sell those together for...310$

I know it CAN be...I just wanna make sure that when it's no longer my property...it has absolutely no trails to me.

Yeah, I'm starting to be kind of a .40 caliber connoisseur. This will be #2. Hopefully, I'll be able to meet up with him today instead of having to wait until Sun..

I mean there's a POSSIBILITY of saturday...but it wouldn't be easy.
The .40 cal, in my opinion, is one of the best personal defense firearms. It can be concealed pretty well, and has a relatively decent accuracy for a decent distance, and has more than enough "bump" to knock someone on their butt. Not to mention, it can still hold a decent amount of shots in the magazine, and doesn't blow your own hand off every time you pull the trigger, but still has enough power to make you feel cool, LoL.
