most areas the yeloow bulbs are not legal anymore and NITRO is the man to talk to...

yea i bought 2 sets of hids from nitro already, but i don't really like the color output it has
but the 3k i have is legal

how much u want the 3k for? i forgot, the h4 is for 94+ integra? or jdm itr front?im interested.
