Hey, what's up guys?
I tried everything with my greddy rs and it leaked, wouldn't blow off correctly. It basically just sucked.
So I watched a bunch of videos one night and read up on some stuff and then was given the ability to test one out off my friend's car.
I have a ported and clipped forced performance 16g flowing through a 2.5in Dejon FMIC kit w/ a GM maf.
Reason, I tell you this is because you wouldn't think my small turbo (that's clipped for higher end) would hit the 14 psi i have my car set at for the moment at 3grand, spools instantly.
It spooled at about 3900-4000 with the greddy rs and there was this horrible leak sound comming from my engine bay.
That leak is gone, there's no compressor surge, and the cars drives SO much nicer.

That's all

synapse stuff isnt a joke, it works very well and once the products keep distributing throughout the industry, eventually everyone will see it isnt all talk

In my experience the type-rs is junk. Even on soft setting and shortening the spring i couldnt get mine to quit surging. The synapse stuff works great from what ive seen.

i loved my synapse bov and wastegate. no surge and no boost creep. both kicked ass and customer support is great too if you have any questions

I was using a turbo Xs R34 Racing valve, It would leak on part throttle boost, around 30 psi.
Before that I was using a Tial 50 MM it sucked there was always surge

Now I'm running a Synapse BOV and recirculating it, my car has never driven better on the street

Synchronic > ALL!!

I've used about every BOV made at one time or another! The Synapse Synchronic responds fast and hold boost better then any HKS, Greddy or even Tial I've used!

This is what I've got on my own car and is the only one I recommend to my customers!!

synapse engineering FTMFW i have used SEVERAL of there products on customer cars including mr_EM1 who had a tial that was surging like a mofo, welded a new flange on and it took quite a bit of work because in there kit they send you a stainless bov flange, i had to make one from scratch! threw the synapse on and no surging what so ever!

you can get an aluminum flange as well.

yea but i just order the general kit, if you want to be specific with them when ordering they sell flanges that mount to hks, tial,XS,turbonetics etc...then the synapse just slides on, that way you dont have to cut and weld...or in most ppl's cases chop to hell and boooooger weld with that "it's good enough" excuse. lol
