New mod for the accord

I went out and picked up one of the best racks on the market and decided to throw it up on the accord! I really like it and can finally take my accord with me when I go on my bike rides :D

I love the way those racks look. I can't explain it but I do. Plus it's terribly functional.

So i was browsing through a local mall here in Charlotte, Nc this afternoon and I came across a Yakima display inside of a sporting goods store. wondering what they had I went to give the display a look over and to my surprise I found THE rack that I have been looking for!!! SO I now have the rack that I have wanted for the accord! It requires me to to take the front wheel off and attach the fork of the bike to the rack. I feel it will enhance the overall appearance of the bike on the rack so much more!

Its gotten ride time, I took it out monday and tues. of this week and plan on going on another 4-5 mile ride today after work, the weather is finally cooperating on the days I have off.

Needs TL wheels and a better mesh or grill material like perforated metal. Lots of potential there!

Wish I had pics of my 1st gen Integra with the Thule rack and fairing in 1997-2000. Bought a Z32 300zx in '99 and couldn't find a rack to use so made one to carry the kayak on the roof, lol!

I dont have 5 lugs and also have a BBK so TL wheels are not going to fit.

Thanks, I agree with you on the side skirts however when i got the work done I they were molded on when I had not asked for that. So I'm not going to go through the process of putting on new ones...

I took the rack off today! I'm moving to Chicago and taking it with me! its going from my accord to Christine's accord. This will the the 3rd different accord its been on!

I may sell the bike race that was on my accord as I have two other bike racks that I used on my wagon. if anyone is interested LMK!
