Nah its called The Firm.. My best friend lost 60 lbs on it and is still loosing.. I wanted to try it.. so I ordered a few of the DvD's.. she gave me her step and im ganna try it out.. Ive been waiting for them to come..

Heh thanks.. I found out that thyroid problems run in my family.. and im going to have my levels tested next week. I had hyperthyroid back in Hs and went from like 169 to 121 in like 6 weeks... and now I think im going hypo.. All three of my uncles and grandmother, mom,brother, and a few cousins have hypothryoid.. Weight loss is almost impossible with it until your levels have been maintained..
