ok, so I wanna reset my ECU. Is this ok to do with a mapped ECU?

To my noob understanding of turbos and ECUs.... If i do this then the the map I have will be gone... basicly leaving my car un-tuned?

I do not have an AFM so im worried that If I do this then Im going to have some big problems....

should I??? or should I just do a leak down test and take it somewhere else to get re-tuned?

Reset ECU you mean by pulling negative terminal or the battery or a fuse to reset it? As far as I know the map is burnt into a chip, and it will stay there as long as you don't erase it using the chip burner.

disconnecting the battery or by pulling the 7.5A ECU-B and 15A EFI fuses....

im having idle issues, boost creep, car runs rich... It runs fine in low boost, idles great and all.... when in high boost the car acts as if it was never tuned.

Figured i would start with resetting the ECU

as long as you dont reburn the chip your tune will stay the same you can pull your batt cable no problem but as far as boost creep i dont think your tune is going to have any efect on it sounds like you got other problems starting
