since bp has just been stupid for way too long, i was thinking of alternate meet areas and came up with a few ideas.

1) a few different parks in the perimeter area
pros: away from gwinnett but still close enough for most to drive.
in dekalb county, the cops dont seem to have a problem with meets,

cons: need to find an exact location

2) has anyone tried a meet in the johns creek area lately?

3) druid hills area.
i know of a good spot that i have held 2 meets at and have never had a problem

cons: is too far for those in gwinnett.

please feel free to throw up ideas, but please no exact locations.

the reason i did not put this in the meets section is i felt i didn't have enough specifics and made this thread mainly to get opinions. if a mod wants to move it though feel free

i just want something a little more central to everyone I personally don't go to half the meets because of them almost being on the northside

the druid hills would be central, but i know for a fact most of the gwinnett guys wont drive that far

do you know how fast we would get kicked out of the malls :lmfao:

and shorty howell is good except it is right off pleasant hill.

I'd say southside but our meets always suck cuz the badass cars never come out and the ricers always do...

Atlantic station? hahaha if we could find somewhere to park..

i hear ya, I haven't been to the BP in almost a year...and before that it had been a solid 6 months..partially due to the fact that my cars always down:(

I live in the Druid Hills area and I think they are some good places for us to try, I might go scout around this weekend and possibly talk to some people.

I'm in peachtree city...but I don't mind driving..but Mcdonough isn't gonna attract a big meet..

All these places are way out on the northside. Again why can't we have a more central location?

yea,but it just seems like mcdonough or stockbridge be a good start point for a southside meet, that seems to never work out

druid hill is rather central, as for the reason of being north, i was hoping to get some of the guys from gwinnett to come.

the only bad thing about meeting in Henry or Clayton Co. is the dumbasses who decide to burnout or blare their systems... its ****ing bull**** that no one can be responsible

well wherever you move to just make sure you can hold a meet there like talk to the local buisnesses in the area i would suggest near a food joint lord knows they would appreciate the attention on weekends
