My buddies got back into paintball so i decided to also. they bought new DM8's. We went to Classic last saturday and I decided to purchase the Invert Mini. I love this lil gun. Also purchased a digi camo Blue E-vents to match my Dye C6 pants that ive own for 2 years and never worn. lol.

future purchases:
-Blue Halo or Empire
-Blue Dye harness with dye lock pods
-Full Freak system

What do you think is the best gun for $600 right now.honestly, u dont even need to spend that much for a marker anymore. my mini was 335, 2nd lightest on the market, 15bps stock, 20bps after tuning. You can get a nice shocker or ion for dirt cheap and spend money modding them. i just got back in myself after 2 years...i was lost and did so bad last sat. lol

(which its only a few balls per second). but i don't need anything faster then that since all we do is play in my friends woods. for the $170 i spent on it, i think it is well worth it. hasn't chopped a ball yet and is pretty damn accurate.

Damn people still play paintball? About 8 years or so ago I was big into paintball. At one point I had a ANS Chaos cocker with about $1500 worth of upgrades. I've also had a AT-85. Look it up. It was the first non electronic full auto paintball gun. I had an Automag R/T for a few months, but didn't like it. I don't even know what's out there now. I haven't played in so long. I did see that they sell tippmann 98's at walmart now lolol. Back in 98 that was an awesome gun!! I'vr never heard of the gun you have. Is it a newer brand? I've been thinking about buying a cheap gun and trying to get a few friends to get guns and play a few games out in the woods. Its good weather now.

no. i saw one guy wit one at Classic. it depends. it helps if ur in tight areas and shoot on the opposite side of it.

nice set up... ill try to get a picture of my set up... i got an 05 ego with vlocity jr gangSTAR chipped... also if your goin to upgrade to a halo... jus get a vlocity IMO(and its true) its lighter and faster depending on mod... im actually getting out of paintball.. might be selling my things...

For $600 there is alot that you could get for... great deals too. Goto PBnation.com and look under Electronic Guns, theres so many deals out there, just make sure you deal with someone with good reputation points, there used to be alot of scammers on that site, not so much anymore.

We're prolly gonna goto classic the next coming up weekend Saturday the 1st, and then to Dynamic on Sunday the 2nd.

I like...well love dynamics xball field. But..i dont like the operation there. How does he make any money, keep up with who's paid, who are the refs? it just seems kinda low key and unprofessional. :(

well the refs are usually people from the dynamics teams and they help run the place too, but you guys came when all the teams were in mcdonough except mine. so it seemed like the place was run down.

he make money off the walk ins, usually when i show up there is like 20 rec players and then those scenario fields are a blast

WGP went electro. But me and my buddies talk about the same thing, how we liked the old days when u could tell the difference between markers. The new Angel and Matrix and PM8 look all alike. I miss the old Angels, and Cockers, Automags.


WGP still makes autocockers. they arent as common anymore. we went to Classic last sat and saw 3 old style cockers. so bad ass.

The Smart Parts Evolution was the best shooting cocker EVER made. That **** was $1500 new and it was all mechanical. It was so light.
I am rocking a Proto Rail with a Ultralite frame, metal feedneck, Dye UL barrell, PMI 68/4500, halo B. But I miss my New York Xtreme matrix every time I play. Its way cheaper to play now, back in the day I was dropping $1xxx just for a gun, now i dont have that in my whole setup.
I play at Big Daddy's paintball here in Rome. I used to play tourneys, so I remember some guys from ATL paintball. I just remember Eric Deerman being a badass, and playing with a black guy named marcus.

Cockers are the best. I always wanted an Autococker when I was younger and I finally got on for like $60 at paintballgear (Actionvillage.com). I haven't played in quite a long time. I see that everyone has went to electonics and the autococker isn't as kickass and epic like it was back in the day. Kinda sucks but I guess it happens. I still have mine though and I will be playing pretty soon. We should put together a meeting from here for a paintball gathering.

my team got 3rd place at the gpps tourney at dynamics saturday, we would of done better but the refs sucked ass.

none of them would do a freakin paint check on the other team, especially the wildfire teams. ironic the ones who didn't check were from wildfire. bastards, wiped whenever they had a chance. It was fun playing in the rain though, i did a like a 20 foot superman lol.

I got a piranha. Pretyy kewl gun. Had some stuff done to it back in ohio. Havent played in a while though. Got like 15 tanks, 5-6 masks, 3 hoppers, bunch of stuff. Ammo belt. We used to be into it pretty seriously played behind my friends house in the woods. Good times good times.
