I dont know about tokicos or miatas for that matter, but I run AGX's on my hatch and I love em. 4 way adj from stock feel to pretty hard. Had em for a few years now and no problems.

I've had tokico, kyb's, and dropzone, in my opinion Kyb's are great for the money, but I loved my dropzones for handling, but i've never really had good luck with tokico's I had two blow out on me.........
