I had tickets to see the Circus today using my company's corporate box seats. These were taken with the D300 and using the 18-200mm VR lens. The arena in Atlanta will not allow big lenses inside if it looks "pro." It all depends who stops you at the entrance. I've seen them turn people away a few yrs ago when I went, so I didn't bother taken my heavy as a tank 80-200 f/2.8 lens.

This damn 18-200 always surprises me. These are straight jpgs from the cam. No in-camera noise reduction or PP except resize. ISO ranging from low to ISO 3200 and VR was activated for most. And AF-C plus 51 points with 3D tracking is da bomb.

I never saw anyone, but I had box seats so the entrance to the Box area is located somewhere else with very few people waiting in line to get in since only box/club level holders can get in that door.

Yea he made the tiger chase him about 5 ft or so by making him jump at him on two legs.
