the rio and the palms would not be a good place if you do not have a car, i would reccomend ceasars, venetian, or the wynn

Brett and I just got back last Monday from spending 7 days there... the Luxor, New York New York, Monte Carlo ( yes they are open now).. anywhere on the strip is good and you dont need a car... you can walk anywhere or ride this bus called the Deuce... you will have a blast

Stay anywhere on the main strip if no car, Leisa and I just got back last week from there. DO NOT stay at the Excaliber.

Yeah we did, Last time we stayed at the Luxor which was amazing but the Venitian, etc was like $200+ a night and us staying a week that was way out of our price range

You could also try the Aladdin or the Mirage. Mandalay Bay is nice, but its kinda far from all the other main ones.
