Mainly because I dont like alot of the cars currenlty in production... I like OLD cars.. not crazy about all the new ones, I like exotics, but I still love the rumble of a domestic, which is why I chose the Z06 instead of Ferrari or the Koensigg (however you spell that..)

"currently in production" is the stipulation. With that said, my buddy has one in Maryland; a '94 R32 GTR. It wasn't okay, but not a huge "looker" in my opinion.

oops.... i lose... but yeah ok... well i drove my friends R33 in hilton head, it was nice... an unmolested R33. so nice. but yeah with more mods thats my dream.
an so yeah let me try again with this one...G35 or an Altima SE-R... too much fun for what the car was lol.

Carrera GT, of course. NOTHING produced in the market today beats its exhaust note; that include Ferrari. The performance around the track is second to none. The looks, the engineering, etc, are classified as some of the best in history.
people have some interesting choices...
I'd have to go with a new Porsche 911 Turbo S (maybe cabriolet), but honestly, Id be happy with an M3, but if money isnt an object, Im going Porsche...

Eh Bran I shoulda figured...
I would have to go w/ a Lotus elise rolling chassis and put in a k20a2 turbo. I know it's not technically production but you can buy the rolling chassis w/o engine to put in your own setup. I think that 1950lbs w/ 350 whp and rwd would be quite a bit of entertainment that would rival any supercar.

well well..... i'm a nissan fo lyfer.... and i like the car as a family sedan and as a fun everyday car. B/c Boost can fix any hp problem...

But a bad platform and FWD wont be helped by boost :D
Side note: I havent see any SE-R Altimas rolling around yet- saw one up at GP Nissan when I passed a few days ago but thats it.

You probably won't see any... the price tag on them in insanely high. i picked it simply based on that it is a unique car and doesn't have a huge following but still has the potential to have some fun.

Sports Compact Mag, i would def take if i had $180,000 just laying around the house. These skyline's where used, but redone by Nismo. If memory serves me right they were 500whp, 10.4 sec in the 1\4. Super clean car.

And that's considered a production car how? And it's not the fastest "production" car, it's the quickest, but not by much. And then you gotta live with the fact that you paid $180,000 for a USED Nissan.

Fastest in what? The 9ff car is now the fastest, beating out the McLaren F1 for top position @ 241.1mph I do believe. 9ff is now an authorized manufacturer like Ruf. Is Nismo a qualified manufacturer? I thought that they were just a "tuner".

I'm not saying it is, just quoting the mag. Not sure why they consider it a "production car", but i still would mine having it. I just love thats its AWD, but hate the right hand steer.

i would qualify nismo as a manufactuer in this case. because almost the whole car was disassembled and put back together. I know nismo doesn't have an assembly line where they "make" the cars but does RUF do the same thing as nismo in this case or do they actually MAKE the car...just curious
