can you use an apexi s-afc/II on a 99 obd2 car with the obd2-obd1 wire harness? what ecu diagram would you use-the oem or the new chipped ecu?
does any1 know what ecu phearable.net sends you?

I would say use the obd1 diagram and hook it up in the conversion harness.
