umm i dont much but im sure you can boost about 6-8 psi stock but def get it tuned and im sure you'll be good to go...

10 psi is about the max i would push it on stock internals... and that would give you around 240-260 hp roughly depending on the turbo/setup... ive seen and know several ppl running that exact setup making around those numbers on their daily drivers...

damn...10psi...that sounds kinda risky...but keep them coming, where the top notch people at that knows all about this...!

ummm so maybe a gain in hp to like 250 is my goal....any tips....thicker head gasket to lower the compression a little, replace headstuds with arp studs and bolts, maybe tune with crome.....?...daily driver....maybe possible correct...?

ok psi depends on your turbo but for a hp goal i wouldnt shoot for anything past 250 on stock internals unless your ready to replace the motor. and get it tuned dont even try and get away with out it "speaking from experience"

hell naw. i would definitely not push more than like 5.

fuuck stock internals. take your time and do it right. sleeve the block, low comp pistons, rods... etc.

your not going to be able to go verry high on boost you should probably shoot for like a 5-6 psi spring somewhere in that neighborhood just my :2cents:

I seen boosted GSR's. Hell, go with a boosted b16.

250WHP at the most. You better go buy a GSR block for a back up and throw in some cp pistons 9.5 c/r and some eagle rods.

go on and upgrade your pistons and rings. b16a 's are notorious for blowing rings

Stock b16 anything over 240-250whp is a ticking time bomb.

keep it around 8-9psi on a small T3 turbo, and under 250whp for longevity.

B16s are weaksauce, run it at 200 WHP (boosted) & call it a day.
