Yeah, I tried for unemployment today, but so far I don't qualify. The woman is going to see what she can do about getting me something.

Thanks, guys!

Qualifications? Age? College degree? If so, in what?

What might this have to do with in particular?

I have NO idea what type of work you are looking for, but I work in the corporate business world. I know of jobs, even at my company, that are going for $50-100k a year depending on degree levels, experience, etc. This would mainly be in IT, but could be other things as well. It all varies...

*edit* I just read your profile. Chances are you have no degree yet as you aren't out of college (if you are in college that is).

Robbie, if you are bored sometime next week I'll help you go look for another job.

Well, I don't have a degree. I have computer experience, I took classes in high school for programming, HTML, and Microsoft Office. Too bad those were only high school classes.

I'm looking to try to find an entry level job somewhere in IT. Without a degree, as you said, I don't have a chance.

I am graduating in the spring of next year with a degree in spanish. Hopefully I can use that to get a decent job. Being broke while in school sucks.

Having no source of income while you are nearly the sole supporter of yourself and girlfriend at your own place sucks too.

Not to mention, the upcoming lawyer fees for a ticket that could make me lose my license. :goodjob:
