I purchased an 2004 Nissan ser spec v right before christmas from a dealership. Well the 30 days passed without ever recieving the title so i got an additional extension till feb 20. Well this morning the tag office said none of the paper work has been done yet! So no title still. They said that by then i might have to just return the car and them give me back all my money. Well i love my car and dont want to sell it and have heard of ppl takeing this to court. I was curiouse if there was anyting i could do to save my car and possibly take this to court.

wtf is a tittle?

haha. jk...i would talk to the person who sold you the car or his manager and raise hell. you did pay straight up for the car correct? if so you should have signed a transfer when you bought it and your T-I-T-L-E should come to you in the mail...

well it IS against the law for a dealership to sell a vehicle that will not pass emissions anyway.

Its a 10k fine for selling a car that you cannot provide a title for. And also illegal to sell a car that wont pass emissions.
It does not matter whether you are on good terms or not, you can take their asses to court about it.
