i have a problem, need some help

i have a 98 1.8T passat
and when i turn on the headlights, my tail lights wont turn on,, i've already changed the bulbs and it still doesnt solve the problem.. what can i do? cause i cant drive that car without my tail lights

check the fuses. and were you in towne lake 2 or 3 days ago, b/c i remember a passat with a euro plate and no tail lights turn out in front of me(and i almost hit it b/c the driver wasn't looking)...lol

lol na man,, like shaggy said "it wasnt me", i have tail lights on the car.. i checked all of the fuses and they are all good. someone told me that it should be circuit problems and to check some green wires.. but i have no clue on where to even look for the ground wires
