I know most you have to put dual valve springs but i dont want to put duals in my head until i rebuild it

ITR lol. you should just wait and do it all at once, that way you can buy matched components and you only have to take it apart one time. Jmho

I think Crower 403s too, but id have to check, i dont mess with many LS engines. Check Crower.com for more info

just put b20 cams they have more lift than the stock ls and you will feel the difference!

just put b20 cams they have more lift than the stock ls and you will feel the difference!many ppl said that they dont make a difference but i wanted to do small stuff cuz im doing a rebuild and i was wondering cuz i kno wit vtec motors ppl say like ctr or itr stock cams but i didnt know what stock cams or aftermarket for non vtec would make a difference

the b20 cams are marginally different at best, you wont feel a difference and the hp difference is maybe 1-3 hp

WASTE of time, if you dont have many hardley any up grades, or if you got alot more done to it, then dual crower 404 with valve springs, retainers, an have your head ported polish then take your car dont drive to Scotty at mainstream to have it tuned, or Batlground talk to Mike he can set you up, later

guys he has an LS motor, so you cant run ITR or Skunk2 stage 1 cams. those Are VTEC only

yea, what this guy said. ive looked there and they had cams you can use with stock setups
