Im kinda stuck with a hard decision. I have to either choose between my b swap or suspension and tires. Just wanted to see what you guys would do.
Right now im ridin serious 4x4 but im slow as ballz to with the 8 valve d15.
The is a possible choice of doing the swap in couple of months while still doing the suspension and tires. Im stumped

if you're going to do the engine you're going to have to do it right... i would spend the cash to take care of the tires and drop it first. but thats just me and my dirty jdm thoughts :lmfao: best of luck either way!

Come on now Jose, youve seen my car in person. I swear you could drive your civic under it lol.... but no the tires aren't terrible and the struts fine.

yep. personally, i would :lmfao: at someone with a motor swap and stock suspension. really, it would look good, handle good, and make more people look at it with suspension.

suspension would make it more fun to drive. track events, autocross, mountain runs, etc

All i really lack on the swap is a tranny and other misc things. Just hope i can end up with both in the next few months! Then it will most def be fun to drive!

I'd say suspension first if your more concerned with the appearance of your ride. you can ride slow and have the look. but if its power you seek... well then do the swap .. keep in mind when you do the swap it might lower the frt of the car as well due to the weight difference.

Dude, trust me. Go with suspension first, and then worry about going fast. A nasty suspension setup will make you feel ,uch better than the generic B-series swap.

I'm sure the speed will get your attention for the first month, but as soon as you try to take a turn, your going to wish you would have spent that money on some 36-way adjustable coilovers and strut/sway bars with a nice set of stickies. :goodjob:

Unforntunatly it won't be a sick setup because i only have about a grand to play with so im gonna go with a "decent" spring and strut setup. I actually have sway bars for the front and rear i just need to put them on. Im gonna buy a nice set of tires too. I want the bridgestone potenza re750's but im just gonna get some kumho mx because there like $80 bucks cheaper for the set.
