cb7 f22 problems

I have a 92 honda accord with the stock f22. i hav installed a new battery, plugs, wires, coil, and distributor. when I turn the key it wont turn over and start. what could possibly be wrong. thanx in advance.

Ground , Or lose cable,Something to do with the battery, you know that the battery can be fliped flopped, make sure its negative to negative positive to positive, an check your grounds an termnials at the battery
