Have 2 of them. never been used. Opened box in both and found i was missing a bolt, washer and nut. The one that I have in my car I was able to go to home depot and buy what need for a couple bucks. The one I have in my car works flawless, it has saved me numerous times at car shows, I wont take mine out for any reason, it has already payed for itself with all the times i have almost killed my battery.
