ok, I sent a guy in cali money for parts about 6 months ago and he never sent them hasn't been on the forum since, except for one time to lie to me saying he shipped them a week later...big lie no tracking # or anything, so I've managed to get his adress and fathers name and the email adress I sent the money to, how do I go about seeing my cash back, I'm still trying to get his number to have a talk with his father about what his son is doing, but thats the only way I know I might get my money back as of right now. I'm talking w/ their realiter (sp?) to try to get his house # and am waiting for a call back right now. I want to notify paypal as well...don't know what the best way to do this is

notify paypal... they have a 1k cash back policy or something like that. just send a dispute and get your cash back

Paypal sucks at getting your money back. I almost lost 700 for some coilovers i baught on ebay about a year ago. Paypal basically told me there was nothing they could do as the person had no money in their paypal account. I got intouch with my bank and they had my money back in 6 days.

I got ****ed over by a FRIEND that was stationed in the Navy. He just stopped picking up his calls. I knew his family contacts and I guarantee you that his parents probably don't give a **** what their son is doing. Good luck.

yes sure they do ive got a dispute going on 1 year now for the same reasons over 400 bux. so far paypal as done nothing but suspend the guys account. i look at it like this from now on. once i send the money dont expect sh!t back. an if something shows up in the mail be happy.
