Cruise rd still rocks.... My store is smaller then that one, so just imagine and is in the ghetto. Tuff luck for me. lol

Yeah man, retail is not for everyone, I really enjoy it though fast pace.. you have to be on your P's and Q's at all times and When I leave the store I dont have to worry about shit, I try to develop my employees to handle everything or any situation that comes up.
Also the pay is tight atleast at my level.
I know Clerk pay is nothing to brag about but it competetive for that market.

it was hard at first i was use to small gas staions i worked at in florida,so i figured racetrac would be the same, man i was wrong it took some time to keep up with the other guys working there.i dont think people give gas station clerks enough credit its not as easy as they might think to do that kind of work.

I work for a consulting engineering firm. We do primarily healthcare work. Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, & Fire Protection engineering. I am a mechanical engineering designer, so I design HVAC & piping systems primarily. Engineering in healthcare is definitely not your cut & dry engineering. Everything has a very specific requirement or code that we have to go by. This is one of the toughest engineering fields to be in. Makes my work very challenging because no project is alike, every one is a custom project.

You can go here to see some of our client list:

We also work in South Carolina, Florida, Alabama, & Tennesee.
