The skyline is one off my all time favorite cars, but rice boys and nissan fans are obsesed with the fact that it beats a 997 turbo..

Most people dont understand that one of the goals when designing that car was to make it faster than a 997 turbo.. If it did not meet that goal, it would be pretty pityful since the 997 turbo has been out since 2006..

its not like comparing a evo and an sti who compete w/ each other and come out relatively at the same time..

And in the POV of porsche, I think it is flattering that other car companies set the mark with a Porsche and not other cars, it means something..

but how far nissan has come is nothing to sneer at. now porsche has to recognize. they're like "****, nizzan build faster car zen zee 9-9-7 turbo." the skyline is faster(not much) and cheaper(a lot), but the porsche looks better and has class. the porche is the better car but the skyline is the better value. it really just depends on how deep your pockets are.
