Yea the 11th fastest thing has nothing to do with the 10 sec pass on the 6 speed. The 10 sec pass (which was done at the Import Showdown) was just in addition to being the 11th fastest. Dan made 10 sec passes on the 6 speed 2 years before he got into the 8's on the auto. If you know anything about Supra history, then you will understand. If not, then you are just reading another post on IA.

maybe we can at batlground to the list for full weight + car as well. i bet my junk is 4200lbs with all the custom body work. I think Woon and Cody Philips are the only other fast cars with full interior. My junk will probably run 13's at some crazy mph.

Chris is on the list. The other 2 aren't. Too bad it took them 4 years (Chris 2 years) to pass Dan's #'s....and after he had retired.................o0o0o0o0o0o0o burn!!! :D If we had put the built motor in, I'm sure we would have been in the 7's....shoulda, coulda, woulda doesn't count though.

Clark has 1xxxwhp with a 6 speed and i think the fastest he has run was a 9.8. Clark is pretty inconsistent and its because he has so much power and he has to shift right, launch right , etc. When he gets everything perfect, the car is a monster.

There are 5 people on IA with auto(th400) with 650whp that run 10.0-10.4 CONSISTENTLY like back to back to back runs.

I have to give it to the 6 speed guys, its a hell of a lot to be able to control 1000whp down a quarter mile stretch :goodjob:

Oh, I agree. If he put in a TH400, his times would change dramatically.
