God, they're claiming 45 hp?! Haha, the price is enough to let you know it won't work for ****. Why would they also add an outrageously high hp number? Actually it could add up to 45 horsepower. Assuming there are other vital mods, IE: Carbon Fiber Front Mount Intake and twin electric supercharged with a turbonator. Its completely believable. For shame, automatically assuming it cant make the proposed claims.
