Well, I took the wing off the eclipse today. Here is what it looked like before. Yes I know it needs lowered. :(

This is a rare opinion for me, but I think I actually liked it better with the wing. Still looks good though, and props for being different.

BTW, you and RedGT should really take some pictures together. Same car, different gen.

Well, the reason I took it off cause theres like a gazillion red eclipses around my are with black wheels and polished lip. Thats why I painted my lip on the wheels red, and de-winged it. Something different.

I put plugs in where the holes are for the wing, I just painted the plugs to blend in. It would 110% better if it was filled in instead of plugs.

i actually don't like the wing. It actually block my rear view inside the car IMO. Besides, I think you really make your car stand out from the rest of the 2g out there without rice the sheet out of it. So good job.

Yea its really a toss up decision. When I look at the pics I like either, then when I walk over to the front door and look out and see my car wingless just sitting there, it looks badass to me. haha

To bad I won't be doing anything else to it though, considering next weekend it'll be long gone.

The wing wasn't ricey because it was OEM ,IMO if something is commonly known as OEM, it can't be rice, however I like it without the wing. It is more slipstreamed. I think a ducktail or something would be nice for those (now uninterrupted) curves flowing down that hatch.

Being a sheep? He removed the wing altogether. He didn't add an aftermarket one. And most people that have a factory wing (that don't get an aftermarket one) keep the factory on the car. Going wingless is on the complete other end of the spectrum from being a sheep. Later, QD.

I know what being a sheep means. That's why I questioned that reference. I haven't seen the masses removing wings at all. I've never seen or heard anyone talking about it.
