What do you feed your dog?

I have been feeding my current dog Science Diet. I got a new dog and the adoption place recommended me to feed the dogs Nature's Variety because it has all natural chicken and all that stuff. What do you guys feed your dogs and what do you recommend. I have a German Shepherd and a Black Lab mix.

I feed my chihuahua Pedigree. When we got him, that's what the original owners were feeding him. We tried to change him over to Iams, but he had a really difficult time with the transition so we switched him back.

When I had my dog, I gave him those Pedigree beef with gravy packets and cans. And also those little pebbles in the big ass box.

My friends dog however eats anything, from salads, apples, CHOCOLATE, peanut butter, pears, peach, any cooked food that they make, hot cheetos, doritos, I mean ANYTHING. LOL...And he's still truckin at 9 years old.

In the morning he gets 2 chickens , 3 eggs, peiece of bacon
in the noon time he gets 2 double cheese burgers from mcdonalds with BIG MAC sauce
in the night time he gets either a hot dog, or a bubba burger from home....
no really though.... he gets Pedigree

but every other tuesday, purina 1 healthy weight to keep him trim and toned... BUT he also farts something ungodly all the time.. everyday. i've heard pits are sensitive to certain proteins so i i'm gonna buy the salmon purina 1 next.

We had our dog eating Chicken Soup for the Dog Lovers Soul. Supposedly one of the better foods out there. Then when the dog food scare came he got really sick and lost alot weight. The wifey called the company and they would not say anything about it. We took him to the doctor and they said feed him rice and chicken for a few days with pedialite to drink.
Well, he got better. But, he now is on a raw food diet. Asked the wife, and for breakfast he had 8oz of chicken backs, 4oz of gizzards, and an egg. For dinner he had 8oz of chicken backs, 4oz of gizzards, and some ground spinach.
