I heard that there is a TAX LIMITER effective TODAY or something like that... Is it true? Something about people's whose income in under 75K gets about 1200 back.... that's siiick eh?

say what? i saw on the news before i came back from lunch that anyone gaining a earned income of $3k> will be getting $300-$1200 back..i dont know if its in addition to what originally would be given back or what...
