Not really sure whether this is the right place or not but dont freak if its not.

With everything given in that thread along with of course the MKIII. How much would it cost to get a shop to do it for me. Im looking for JUST the cost for the swap. NOTE...it is stated that the engine has no turbo's. Im not really sure whats involved in making a 1JZ single turbo but the MKIII has a good turbo on it already. Whether its cheaper to make the 1JZ a single and use the turbo I have or buy 2 new turbo's. Whatevers cheaper.

The car is already a 5 speed turbo.

Reps to any useful feed back.

i'm sure you could get in touch with someone at batlground or mainstream and get a quote for the swap. They should be more than happy to help

Does the MKIII you have already have a 1jz or a 7m? If it's a 7m, it's going to be an expensive project for a shop to do. BTW, it's going to be very difficult for anyone to give you an accurate quote without knowing if you're going to use the turbos you have or new ones. New ones or new one is always going to be more expensive obviously.

AAP has moved to Duluth to a state of the art facility. They have the same phone # but they have changed names to R2B2-Rods and Rides, Boats and Bikes. They are right off of Satellite next to Gwinnett Place Ford, across the street from the BMW dealership. Basically right by the Sears Service Center on Commerce Drive behind Gwinnett Place Mall.

R2B2 Specializes in Supras so hit them up. They are pricey but once you go up there and see the quality of work and even the caliber of cars they work on and restore you'll see why.
