ok...ive had the civic for 2 years now..made some mitakes with it to say the least and went down the wrong path. in the end...alllll show no go lol. now i have something fun to toy with. I think i have everything i need to complete this swap mounts, motor, ecu, harness....but what i lack is knowledge on the difficulty of the swap..or really any knowledge on it more than normal hear say. ANY ONE ON HERE WITH THE SWAP IN A 7th GEN? any help at all will be appreciated.

If you 't know much about engines, are specifically the K20 swap, i'd say take it to a shop or get/pay people to help you. It's definately not gonna be a direct swap.

K20 swap into an EM2 is going to be pretty straight forward. I would be concerned about which header will fit, and if you need to do anything about axles. you might be able to retain power steering, and AC, but it could be a mess.

I'm guessing a lot of RSX parts will work, since the EM2 is the same platform. have you dug through the forums on K20A.org?

oh please tell me you have a K20A2 or K20A, and not an A3...

It shouldn't be too bad of a swap, but I would definitely get someone to help who has swapped a K20 before (you always need WAY WAY WAY more parts than you could even think of...trust me!) :-) Good luck with it; post some pics along the way!
