i am peicing together a swap tomarrow finally.... buying a built ls block and head it's bored to 2.0 and built for boost i think he said like a 9:1 compression or something... also fabbing some exhaust tomarrow... have never had exhaust before just a cut off muffler. but yea it will take a while before it actuall becomes a swap since i make $9 an hour. but ima keep taking pics. and keepin yall posted.... i haven't decided if i wanna by the turbo kit before i put it in and just do it all at once either so opinios are wanted.

this shop is awesome and they don't charge alot, like they actually help you and take interest in your car and it's like they wanna see what it turns out like too

shop sounds a bit fishy??? unless you are long time friends with them no shop just meets a customer and says you know what?? Ive never seen a boosted 2.0 ef before were gonna cut you a deal.... as far as the turbo thing goes id wait so you can get QUALITY parts because if you only make 9 bucks a hour i doubt the turbo kit is top notch unless your cc is maxed out at this point. Go slow man dont rush it that way it will pay off in the long run

you gotta be careful with that "FRIENDS" thing ppl take advantage like that they think cause they are cutting you a deal they can take all the time in the world i stay away from the friend hookups just for that reason. I'd rather pay someone who knows what they are doing and get my car back in a timely fashion with QUALITY parts trust me a turbo is nothing to go cheap on or a motor for that matter.

Well you didn't have to drive all the way down there for those parts.... because I'm parting out my frontend hatch end. maybe someone else will by it :(

Anyways what are you going to do about the hood clearance? Or are you getting the mounts the sit the oil pan damn near on the ground. H22s in a EF are a ***** to install and you have to choose hood or ground clearance.
