So I've always been able to control some aspects of my dream when i realize that I'm in a dream or wake up and fall back asleep. Over the past few weeks I've been basically unlocking my dreams. By that I mean i have absolute control of the setting, the people/objects, and even the physics. I can choose anywhere in the world or out of this world to go, i can spawn/vanish any people/objects I choose (even ones that don't exist), and I have no physical limitations...e.g. super human strength, the ability to fly. I can even choose the period of time as well as control time. I can slow it down, haven't really tried speeding it up. I haven't done any research before tonight, but read it's estimated that less than 1/3000 people have this ability. I honestly didn't think it was that rare. Is there any1 else who has experience with this? Does anyone know of a place that does studies on this? Im more interested in this now than ever. I can't control my dreams every time, but it is becoming more and more frequent and i want to master the technique. Im hoping someone on here might know more about this than i do. I'm at work all night so I'll probably just be reading up on this. If anyone has experience or useful info feel free to post or pm me.
Me and a few friends looked into lucid dreaming (what you're describing) back in high school. I personally never had a whole lot of luck with it, but one of my friends claimed that he could have them after working on it for a while. Just Google "lucid dreaming" You should find all sorts of stuff.

Everytime I control my dreams... me Tracy, Leisa and Kallie always end up naked. I wake up w/ head - but not headaches. And I never get head.

Why wouldn't you? It would be like playing your own personal video game (about anything) every night.

For real. You could be who you want, when you want, where you want, kill who you want, fuk who you want. Basicly anything you want, you can have it....untill you wake up...

Every now and then I'll have a lucid dream- realize I'm dreaming without waking up- but usually it's in a situation that was already happening and I'm never really able to change the situation like you described. That's a pretty ballin' skill. Talk about ultimate stress relief every night.

wow.....you sure that Morpheus didn't try to reach you guys? If he does, wake me up too please.
jk....but that's amazing how you can. I can't do all that, I can only control it VERY little, by waking up (in a very short time) and forcing myself into continuing the same dream again right after that.

My weird dreams continue. Starting about a week ago: I dreamt one night that I hooked up with this chick I have a thing for. Couple nights later, I hang out with another girl I haven't seen in a while; dream that I hook up with her. Next night, dream I'm hooking up with the first girl again. Night after that, I think to myself as I'm falling asleep, "I keep having dreams of hooking up, but never about this other chick I've got my eye on..." Guess what I dreamt that night?
Last night, I'm reading Kurt Vonnegut before I go to bed, and I've always wanted to meet him (he died last summer)- I dreamt that I saw him in public and met him.
My dreams are usually pretty rational and make sense, but it's never been like this, where they're related so directly to what I'm thinking about or doing (edit: or what I'm NOT doing :( haha).

must not be too rare; i've had that same ability forever... i dont' dream often or remember them but since i was a kid i could change my dreams; helped me a bit when i was a kid and had nightmares :lmao: (that sounded really gay) , but it always been nice turning every possible dream w/ chicks into porn ;)

You guys are evolving :goodjob:
I can't control my dreams for sh*t. I always have weird dreams or just flat out nightmares.
The other night, I dreamed that I was just walking around, minding my own business when I tripped and fell. Suddenly, there's a f*cking prop airplane rolling above me and falling down slowly with the propeller spinning and getting closer. I get that "OMFG this isn't happening" gut-sinking feeling just as the blade starts to saw into my back and I spew blood and what-not everywhere. Then I woke up.
I hate dreams.
I had a Cloverfield meets Halo 3 dream last night. Me and a friend started a campaign on Halo 3 and we played up to the point right before you have to deal with the flood. I dreamed that I was in NYC and the Cloverfield monster attacked. But the monster turned out to just be a ridiculous amount of flood. It wasn't really a nightmare, more just like I was playing the a game.
Haha, but no control over it.

closest ive got back when i was younger i had a dream and while in the dream i realized it was a dream and started doing what i wanted. only difference was i couldnt really do anything out of the norm, didnt really try to or know how to try then either. worse part was right after i started doing what i wanted i woke up and was so pissed and i could never get it to happen again since then.

I can do the dream controlling thing. I figured it out when I was a kid and started using logic, that I was in a dream and essentially in a video game that I design.
However, I rarely dream nor sleep so it serves no fun really. I lie in bed, blink and its 6 hours later. Awhile back I got a sleep disorder due to stress, thats when I stopped sleeping like a normal person. Something about the stress reduced the chemical in my body to go to sleep. I can lay in bed for hours, beat tired and I wont fall asleep. Ill lie there all night. Again tho, at the same time I didnt think it was much of a bad thing. If i slept less, I would do more during the rest of my time. And considering most people sleep a 1/3 of their life or more, I was not irritated with the fact that I was on the 1/4 to 1/6 of my life.

what do you do when you're tired?just lay down? because laying down is less productive than sleeping

I remember giving myself a wet dream once. Nothing on your scale though.
