I am interested in finding out the idling and driving characteristics of these cams in a more daily driven car.does it have a rough idle or more normal idle ? will the cams cause the engine to do the sputtering at light throttling ? thanks for any help.

if the cams are set up and degreed in properly they idle fine and don't have any issues but you need to get a good header and intake manifold etc for them to perform the best.

yes they do. you need the tuner series camshafts where youll have the stock idle lobes. the pro series is not your ordinary cam. is has a rough idle. but get tuner series only changes when your in vtec.

that could never be less true if pro 3 cams idle like stock with itb's on my build pro 1's should idle fine. the only time i have seen when the cams don't idle like stock is when they weren't installed correctly.

PRO1s idle like factory and are fine , we did an h22 that made 25whp with PRO1s over stock.

if you're just dropping them in w/o tuning then it's going to suck. like all-mota said, if they are installed, tuned, and have good intake and header you will enjoy them.
