lsxtreme bad seller sold me a busted engine

Ok around christmas i purchased two d16a6 engines from lsxtreme one was good and the other "had a blown head gasket". ok so wen i got home i started to mess with the one wit a blown head gasket so i could use it but wen i looked at it closly i saw that the oil pan had a dent on it so i poped it off and saw that it was f***ed the girdel was broken and the crank was tru. So i called him and he said he spent the money and he needed some time so seeing how it was the christmas time i was cool and gave him 2 weeks to come up wit the money. two weeks came i called no answer i pm him no answer. All i want is my money back.
Lxstreme is a BAD seller.
Also i have recorded info for any mods that want to know more about it.

ok... good or bad parts has nothing to do with his character... however his claiming that the engine just had a blown head gasket when knowing the bottom end was trashed does... and so does his shadiness in avoiding attempts at contact after promising to repay.... i dont know the kid, but i do know that i'd be just as pissed if I ended up with it and this was happening to me... and i do know he told me that it was in the car running and i asked him could i hear it run before he pulled it out and he told me that he had already started taking the head off... then i told him to give me a call when he got it out because i was still interested anyways and had cash in hand and he never called me back... then my boi ^^ ended up with it several weeks later ... so to me... sounds like he needs to be on the bad seller list.... but i would love to hear the other side of the story....

to be honest, lsxtreme is not a GREAT seller!!! we sat their and took out the motor.....he told you specifically that it had a blown head gasket and thats about all that he knew from the guy which he bought the car that had the blown head gasket!!! you didnt mind that it had a blown head gasket and that you was told that the condition the the other half was not known!!!
but then to me everything he sold me was in good working condition.....i think that its just your luck........

Own up to your mistakes and refund the dudes money for the motor. That is where you are wrong. First off, you dont let people sell under your name (LSXTREME), because of crap like this. Second, this dude is your family, if you are so sorry then get your money back from your "cuss." I guess you cant trust your family. I hope your whole family arent pieces of **** like this so called cousin of yours.

I still think you and lsxtreme were in this together. I say both of you get banned, but thats just my opinion. Either a permanent ban, or temporary ban until this situation is resolved, because we dont need people on here selling busted blocks and whatnot. How the !@#$ is he gonna check it before he buys it? Something like that you go on peoples word. If you REALLY got screwed out of a b16 tranny then you should understand where this dude is coming from, and if its REALLY your cousin, you should be trying your best to get this dudes money back.

This type of problem should have been resolved like grown folks. Seems to me that since it can't be handled like adults, I'll be glad to intercede and see if you guys can get your things straight.

#1. IF someone used your account to sell something on IA....ANYTHING....then YOU are responsible for what happens.

#2. IF this is your cousin for real, then it seems to me that you should've known what he was up to ESPECIALLY IF he used your name to sell.
