The real answer is:

IA was in a real funk with a shortage of "Why Was My Thread Deleted" posts and they had to unnecessarily delete a post knowing that the thread poster would create said thread. This basically sums it up. Later, QD.

yes i did... i had one pic up. it wasnt a great pic but it was a picture.

i actually specifically put the picture so it wouldnt get deleted.

Also there is no Vin and no mod has the Vin. I didn't delete it so I am just guessing on this.

i didnt know the vin was a requirement? ive seen tons of threads with or without vins.

i didnt say you deleted it. but im guessing that since you didnt delelte it that means you cant repost it? i just assumed that since your a mod you mihgt be able to.

where is the thread at? If you didnt meet requirements, u dont meet them. I dont think i deleted it.
