Downloading a program

I'm trying to download this program called Videora 360 converter so I can play WMA files from a USB on my 360 but when the program is almost done downloading it says ''Failed: Resolving Hostname". Any ideas as how to get around it and finish the download or what that means?

Is it an FTP connection? If so, it sounds like the command channel is timing out due to a long transfer. You may have to use a real FTP client that has a keep alive function.
