anyways, anyone else on here use anything like this??? my co worker does something similar but he still claims to have some sinus problems at times...

my sinuses are horrible, i constantly have headaches, i wake up with immense sinus pressure, and a lot of the time when i blow my nose or spit there is blood in my mucous...

i'd love to find something that cleaned me out... but at the same time think this would feel awful, i mean i've had water up my nose before and i hated it... so what makes this any different???

As fuking horrible as this sounds....I saw this on Oprah yesterday. There were two people that were introduced to this method by Dr. OZ and they have been doing it for a few months now and they swear by it. Give it a try, I think I will.

i'm in the same boat with the sinuses... my mom had that problem too, she had acupuncture done on her ears and shes totally cured. i'm looking into that now but i haven't found the time. hopefully that helps.

We've got one...I've never used it before. My sister says it works like a dream though.

Ive got one and use it whenever i get congestion or sinus infections, it works great. i highly recommend using sea-salt with it.

cool, i'll prolly end up getting one soon, or the neil med thing my co worker uses... same concept... but with ph balanced stuff you put in the water....

I have had one for about a year now. My sister sent it to me for Christmas last year and at first I thought the water would run down and I'd choke but something about when you have your head tilted it stops it. It does taste like salt water but works great.
